We just had our driveway replace about a month ago, had the guys extend my front porch and I finally installed the quartzite pavers I bought on clearance almost 2 years ago....

Still need to grout.

Looks good!

Do you have to use a special grout since it is exposed to the elements? If so, what kind?

Still researching but initially I don't think so.

I will seal the grout, the quartzite has already been sealed with an enhancing sealer to help keep the grout from getting stuck in all of the nooks and crannies....

1/3 portland cement and 2/3 sand. wet down to good consistency broom into cracks and wash it off.

I believe that is the ratio.

My boss put a rock patio in behind his house 10 years ago. still no chipping of the grout between the rocks.
