Very few took the time to raise the last couple of generation of kids.
Now they are not raising thier kids either.
Spriraling down further and further each generation.
I see it everyday....

Ok, I get that. Probably why my kid gets such surprised reactions at how damn polite he is to adults. I am glad we have spent the time teaching him, but I just hope he holds to that when he is swamped with the cesspool of today's "yoots". I guess we'll keep him in private school as long as possible to minimize that bad influence.

Values and Politeness instilled by parents has very little to do with the political affiliation of their parents. It simply has to do the parents wanting to be there as parents. It has little to do with the political party in favor at the moment. If you really believe so, you're mistaking a correlation for causation. And it's not even fair a correlation, since 20 of the last 32 years since 1980 have been under a Republican president, versus 12 for a Democratic one.
