Im not so sure that 90% of the U.S. population is on meth. I mean heroin and cocaine still have a pretty big following as does fentanyl. I don't think that 90% of the population is hooked on these things as everything would be stolen and the death rate from O.D.s , cancer and liver failure would make covid look like a life extending event.
