I didn't post that because I thought someone did. I posted it because the headmaster lady had been doing the right thing for some time and also went to try to stop the carnage. If you haven't read the story, then read it to see that she put training to use.
Correct, everyone there did the right thing it appears. They just needed firearms in the school at the time she was shooting her way in.

No, the LEO’s in Uvalde need to find different gigs.
Preferably under large, dense rocks.

Not gonna argue that at all.

But - before the "right" goes any further down the "trannies targeting Christian" road, they may want to reconsider their so-called holy position.
No Quarter Expected, No Quarter Given.

They also needed security film on the glass doors, which would've significantly delayed or even denied the shooter access, and is widely recommended as part of CPTED principles.

One thing that could help in my opinion is tactical shields in schools. We hear a lot about arming teachers and there’s nothing wrong with that if they have training and willpower to win a gun fight. Shields could be used to protect the people who run to confront the shooter like the headmaster did in this case. If someone at that school had a shield, maybe it would have helped.

…if it was me I’d rather try to eliminate the threat from a distance with a gun, not run straight to the threat with a friggin’ shield. Especially when you don’t know for certain how many people you’re dealing with.
