The -135 isn’t a 737. It’s a smaller cousin of the 707 design.

The KC-135 was a parallel development of the 707, both based off of Boeing's 367-80 prototype. The KC-135's fuselage was 144 in. wide while the 707's fuselage was 148 in. wide. The wingspans were similar but the KC-135's fuselage is shorter than the 707's, 136 ft vs. 145 to 153 ft. (rounded off to nearest foot.)
