I'd like to get this old Remington model 12 running. I fear it needs to be relined. I'd like to find someone reliable in OKC that could check it out and do the reline if needed.

I have. It appears to have both a worn chamber and a headspace issue. It will only fire every few attempts, and when it does, the brass buldges and is difficult to extract. In some cases the brass even splits.
Otherwise it cycles just fine. Loads, chambers, and ejects perfectly with unfired rounds. Overall the action is pretty tight.
I saw that. I'd much rather keep the original barrel with the matching patina if possible.
I take it you don't feel "handy" enough to DIY? I've relined several and it isn't all that hard (not volunteering for the job lol).

Understandable! First one is always the biggest "pucker factor". Sorry I don't know anyone to recommend to you.

I've used Wells Armament in Newcastle. I think That Gurl did too and had a more complicated repair than mine.
