Need up identifying these items

I’m getting ready for my next Estate Sale and I found there and I believe these are firearms related but I have no clue what they are called. I believe one of them is for a 12ga shotgun shell probably for reloading but not sure. No clue on the other.

The one with the holes looks like a loading block.

Oh okay loading blocks, that’s makes perfect sense now.

Never seen a loading block with hinges and latch on it but it looks home made so who knows what the person that made used it for
