We have a dentist on OSA if I recall. He puts up zombie posters on the ceiling or something. I think he was far away though. I cant remember now.

I also HATE going to the Dentist.
Nitrous and tunes are the only way to go.
Lotsa nitrous. Seriously high volume on the tunes.

I do agree tunes are helpful, I hate hearing the whizzing noises. Headphones should be standard. Stress balls would be nice too! Squeezing those would be helpful!

I went to Smile Solutions in Norman. I can't remember my doctors name but they were awesome and the office was top notch. The give you head phones and the exam rooms have windows to a court yard with a fountain. They do a lot to relax you.

Not really, when my eyes are tearing up I often think I should reach for something, but the fear of the tool in my mouth doing damage stops that thought!
