Not enough housing, illegals housed in hotels and they run people out of their homes to build or widen roads so where are the displaced homeowners going to find a home...if they can afford another home. A lot of people have taken to living in an RV for one reason or another...the. Some are living in their cars. What a country!

In reality, there are housing neighborhoods popping up everywhere and at record paces. So much so that I would never buy a newer house unless it was done by a private builder. When looking for a home for our youngest son, we saw a number of the new additions and wondered where the people were coming from that were going to buy them.

The last home we owned was built by a private builder, and to top it off, he lived right next door to us. That house had 2"x6" exterior walls and was very efficient for heating and cooling.
