New guys or low post members can't post classifieds feedback

I traded with a member that has been here for 7 years and has 65 post.
He said he tried to post feedback and it said he had insufficient priveleges.
Solution?

Maybe it's because your profile says, "This member limits who may view their full profile."

Don't you have to access a member's profile to leave feedback?

Had to get closer to verify I wasn't seeing things....lol!

Also, no issue posting in ammo classifieds. Maybe I'll get to review a transaction soon!
