This Hotline was already in place before the law was started.

Now if they could couple that with a $250 payout for reporting someone with a32oz pop, I think they would be on to something. Amazing, all the Wall Street crooks to get after and this is what they do. Theater of the absurd.

I'm sure they'll keep the name of the person calling in some kind of low security cardboard box or something, or on a laptop computer hard drive that will get left at a bar or something.

Take tips, seize guns.
Release tipsters name and address by 'accident'.
Investigate resulting murder and keep the $500 to pay overtime.
