Well, now. We are not talking busboys are we? There is a big difference in bussing tables and being a waiter.

Then I guess we aren't talking highest paid lifeguards in the richest zip code in the US either.

Not sure if all or which states do , but Oklahoma has a Good Samaritan Law that protects people from being sued for helping someone in distress.
And as usually happens someone stood up and helped this young Man...Good for You
