norman hospital

Any opinions on norman hospital as far as having a major surgery there?

My wife works there (RN) and she's had a couple operation done there.
Came out fine.

I worked at NRH for a year. When my wife had surgery on her cervical spine, it was at St. Anthony's. I'm sure they are competent, and anymore it seems like your insurance carrier calls the shots.
Check your detailed billing closely. You may have to insist on a detailed billing statement.

While it was several years ago, my wife had to have an angioplasty done on an artery within her heart. She's still with me. Now, keep in mind that is based on one surgeon. The care in the hospital was good as well.

While I have no desire to go to ANY hospital, I wouldn't object to Norman Regional.

I've had two major surgerys there in the past 15 yrs, and would not hesitate to have another there if needed. Absolutely no complaints with care or service.

I had surgery done earlier this year, I have no complaints with NRH.

It's been my experience (my bypass surgeries and my wife's stroke) that both Norman Regional and the Healthplex are top of the line.

my wife might give ya a hard time but then i doubt she knows anything about football other than wearing an OU shirt, lol.

She works in ICU so i hope you dont see her.
