All I can say is if you haven't had a colonoscepy by 40, DO IT, those are a piece of cake and cookies compared to finding out the hard was.
This is my fault for fearing that simple procedure.

And if you can not bring yourself to have a colonoscopy, at least do the poop in a box test. I have done both twice now.

I've had two so far; #3 is scheduled in about 30 months.

The first one was a little spooky because I didn't know what to expect.

The second one went much easier.

Also, the prep work gets easier as they improve the technology.

Colonoscopies don't just detect problems; they also help prevent them by removing pre-cancerous growths.

Plus, there's The Cracker Barrel after the procedure. Good times.
