My favorite place to go wheeling, besides the passes in Colorado, is Wolf Caves in Texas which is where this picture was taken. As for mods I could go on and on but the one that I really wanted and finally got was the Atlas transfer case. That took the Jeep to a whole new level.

My current project I've been working on for a year. 62' CJ5, I rebuilt the motor, tranny and t-case. Installed a front disc brake conversion and dual master cylinder. Next are the axles and the steering box! Never-ending project for sure!!

Never been there, but it sounds like somewhere I'll have to check out. Your description of the rocks sounds like the same stuff they have at Wolf Caves. I really want to up my game and get a rock buggy so I can do some of the things I haven't been able to tackle, just got to sell the wife on the idea lol

They're just a few miles apart, K2 is just northeast of Wolf Caves.
