I've been working on getting a close up photography solution in place so I can zoom in on the watches I'm repairing to take detailed photographs. I was having a focus issue with my current setup and found a spacer ring for the camera lens for $6 that did the trick.

Attached is a picture of the top shock setting of a balance assembly on a watch I'm working on before it gets cleaned. I've got it hooked up to a cheap little 7" LCD I mounted on the wall behind the work bench. This will make inspections much easier moving forward.

For reference, the synthetic ruby shown beneath the brass shock spring is 1.02mm across.
