The new shop/carport is done. It's 46'x25'...each enclosed side is 12'x25'. The guys building it did a fantastic job and it was obvious they took pride in their work. We still have some things to do like electric, insulation and some retaining walls around the foundation. But, the building is done.

Anyone know what kind of snake this is? I thought copperhead at first, but not sure now. Either way it unfortunately didn't live after it got hit with my push behind trimmer.

Google image search says it’s an American Carrion beetle, first I’ve ever seen. The underside has a gold color around the edges but that picture didn’t turn out well.
