What's up with the charge for carrying a firearm into a place where alcohol is sold???? It's a restaurant! Does BWW have a separate 'bar' section?? Or something??

That charge will be dropped, I'd wager. Inappropriately applied in this case.

As he was being taken into custody, Murray informed officers that he was carrying a loaded gun.

Isn't that what the notification law requires? Notify in the event of an arrest, detention or traffic stop?


But if the other allegations are true, I frankly wouldn't care if they hang him from his pinkie toes.

I do wonder what the relationship is/was between this idiot and the mother of the children, and how many other times he may have endangered these kids. Gotta think he was drinking and probably already drunk when he got to the restaurant.

I hope this marks a low point in his life and that he gets straight. A slap on the wrist won't be enough to change his behavior. He needs correctve action severe enough to hurt.

Again, hopefully his CCW days are over. Bound to be a few losers in the large number of CCW holders.
