I guess it’s because I grew up around so many law enforcement officers I just always knew this was a huge no no to disrespect, touching or act like an ****** during a traffic stop

I didn't grow up around cops in our household but was still taught this basic rule. It used to be considered common sense unless you were a mal content or a dullard. I knew this wisdom long before I ever knew it was codified into law.

The officer took control of the situation, I agree he could have do so with less force but this is a product of people not being taught to respect the badge. The side of the road is no place to be belligerent and stupid. Take the ticket then go to court,

I said it before ... most people's dad would have known better. The law was correctly applied by the AG in this case. The city of OKC can and should fire this young man as he probably shouldn't be a cop but the law is still the law.

I wasn't giving legal "advise" and my opinion doesn't align with everyone else's for sure. But, watching that video made me cringe for that old man.
