Ole Gentner got the cop vote when he runs for governor- I don't care what the law is- what the policy is- what your training is- when a young punk like that gets off slamming some old man on the hard surface and causing brain bleed- it's just not right.

But he lost the Asian vote. That's a pretty large and wealthy voting block.

Called judge Monday morning . Told him about traffic ticket & OHP threat. Judge said dont bother showing up I will take care of this guy in court. Said we have been having a lot of trouble with him.

If you or I did what the cop did we’d be on our way to prison.

Don't be obtuse the old man committed a felony and started the chain of events . That is why the cop isn't being charged and your woke perspective is still wrong.

Your stance seems to be, the law is the law, no exceptions. It seems like your answer would therefore have to be that anyone at all that dares to touch a cop with their finger should expect the same treatment as the elderly asian. Their motivation, mental capacity, language barriers, or even physical ability to seriously threaten don't matter. The law is the law. So why can't you run your black and white logic out and just say yeah, the AG should and would have dropped the charges even if a little girl gets slammed to the ground within the same fact pattern.
