The $250 fine (ticket) has nothing to do with entering, seeing or not seeing any gun buster sign that is in place. It has to do with refusing to leave when asked and law enforcement is summoned to remove your ass.

This part has me equally as concerned. Would it mean that no-carry signs would then have force of law? I don't particularly care for the "didn't see it" argument, either. We'll just wind up with something similar to the Tx 30.06 law.

If they were to go that route, then requirements for signage should be required as well. Minimum size allowed, bright colors, placement and display etc.
