I’m going to have to disagree with this one.No way a landowner can know everything that hunters are doing without being with them constantly.
I don’t lease my land but I do let people hunt it for ducks/geese, not that I’ve got a waterfowl mecca. I know when they are in and who’s there, it’s my land and I know no one takes care of it like I do or the way I’d want it taken care of.
I used to let a guy deer hunt it and when he started bringing a buddy, both of them got told quick and fast don’t bother coming back.
I know everyone can’t watch their land close, maybe they live a ways off or whatever, but there’s ways to know what going on.
