I miss the old Hickory House in OKC and there was another BBQ place but I can not remember the name of it. We talked about it a time or two here but the name escapes me.

There also was (maybe still is) a little cafe going into Guthrie on the first exit. Had great coleslaw.

When I was a kid it was always a treat to stop at the Roy Rogers on NW23rd.
It's been a Thai restaurant for the past 30 years or so.

I worked at the Roy Rodgers on N Lincoln for awhile. Loved the Double R Burger.
I am still trying to remember the name of the BBQ place in OKC. SW59th north side of the road.
