The top of the bed looks like an '80's Nissan or Toyota, it could be 30 years old....

Reminds me when they found the Cadilac in Hefner (duck pond adjacent to) with the skeleton of a lady that had gone missing back in 69 or so inside. They had looked for here far and wide and accused the husband of foul play but couldn't prove anything, turns out she missed the curve in the road and off in the drink she went and couldn't get out of the car.

Yeah, because trucks didn't have retractable seatbelts and bed rails back in the 80's. LOL.

Just busting your chops. It is hard to imagine "the 80's" being 30 years ago isn't it?

Man, that is the truth. I was listening to the Katt the other day and they played, Enter Sandman. After the song was over, he said "that song is 20 years old this year". Time flies.

There were two of them in he car. A mother and daughter. My dad went to high school with the daughter at John Marshall. I remember when they found that car my dad joke that it was probably them. He liked to choked when it turned out to be true! That must have been 1990 or 1991.

Whatever kind of truck it is, it definitely has a full length moon roof.

I am going back out there with the metal detector next weekend. If we don't get any rain, I am sure the water will be ever lower. I will take some more pics.
