Older GSM phone -No longer needed

Looking for an older phone that works, for a GSM network. Carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM .
Cannot use one from a CDMA net, such as Sprint or Verizon.

Must have internet capabilities. Must be very little money. Android preferred.

I can pay mail fees, or meet somewhere around OKC/Edmond/Guthrie area.

Same story, for a friend with very little money. I can use a phone that's a few years old, that you just don't use anymore.
An older "smart" phone would be nice. She needs to access internet with it, so something newer than 1998 would be nice.

Got something in a drawer somewhere ? I would give her one, but all I have are CDMA phones.
