All I can say is that any of ya’ll that weren’t out in the woods today, well you missed one of the best most beautiful days a deer hunter could ask for. No wind, 27 degrees, frost, rut still being active and the deer were moving.

Saw at least 7 bucks and don’t know how many does, but this one made a mistake and started trying to wind me and then she stomped at my blind.

.44 SBH at about 20 feet, she went about 40 yards.

Congrats on the pistol deer! Not many can say they have harvested one with a hundgun.
