looks like I get to cancel my opening day hunt. A guy from church has been asking me to help him split some firewood for some time now. He hit me up again today and seems as though the 1st is our day off together. 
I will be in the stand by 6am Wednesday morning. This is my first time bow hunting so we will see how it goes. I've practiced a lot the past few months. Pretty confident in my shooting, just worried about getting anchored. I'm pumped though.
I won't get out until friday afternoon, but I will be going to the blue river and staying at least one night.
Found some great spots there this spring while turkey hunting. Will need to check for signs of recent activity.
