Our home has flower beds all around it. Springs past, we planted a crap ton of flowers and it was absolutely beautiful all summer.
Since we are gone in the RV for over half a year annually, the flower beds are becoming rock gardens.
Spread a pallet of the recycled rubber mulch in the flower beds this morning and unloaded 2 1/4 tons of Colorado river rock, one stinking rock at a time into the flower beds.
Half the flower beds covered now. The big rock in the first pic has a hole bores all the way from bottom to top. It will eventually be a fountain.
Worn smooth out this evening.
Later when completed, we found a product that landscapers use to coat and seal the rocks which really makes the colors pop out.
Now back to OKC for another load of rocks.
