Well the wife and I are here at the Embassy Suites tonight. We start set up first thing in the morning for our big event this Thursday through Sunday.
I had a great week this week. I was able to pick up a brand new MCK (Ronis) and today I bought a brand new Glock 29 (10mm) from two of our members. Got both for very good price.

Long day at the farm. Some Willows were taking over the bank of the pond so a couple hours of chainsaw work took care of that problem with a nice brush pile for the critters to hide in built. Cut more Hedge along a fence row until the blade went dull again. Could have field sharpened it, but had enough for the day. Rode the 4 wheeler along all the fence rows and creek crossings looking for sheds, but didn't find any. Great day to be outdoors!

Need more rain here. Tomorrow is pay day.
Good morning folks. Maybe today will be the day when we can get a little of that rain we need. I just came from a breakfast at the new convention center, where Jeff Strueker was the main speaker. You may remember the name from the movie, “Blackhawk Down” (he is the Ranger that led a group back into the fight to rescue the second Blackhawk shot down). Excellent speaker and very interesting story. Google him if you are not sure who he is.
Anyway, wash your cars, do the rain dances, whatever it takes to get a good rain going!

Here's hoping for more rain, and it should come. The RV park people were out mowing yesterday, so it will probably come.
Good luck with your event, Dancer. Here's hoping it is a big success.
No big, or even little, plans for us. Probably go walk one of the malls as we usually do when it is going to be uncomfortable to do outside in hot, windy, wet, or cold weather is in store. Wife dropped her phone yesterday and it cracked the screen. Just in time to order a new phone with new technology. She has ordered the Samsung "Fold" as it has gotten better reviews as of late. We'll see if it turns out to be a winner or not.
