Good evening all,

Was suppose to stain my neighbors deck today but it was suppose to rain all day so I put it off. So…guess what??? No rain. We are suppose to get rain tonight and in the morning so no go tomorrow either. I am pretty sure we are going to get rain because the radar show storms all around us. We will see.

My neighbor and I ordered custom outboard motor covers for our motors from Australia and they came in today. I spent a couple of hours polishing my motor, it’s a Mercury 200hp, to a mirror finish. Now my new cover will keep it looking like new for many years to come.

Where they bust the sod in South Tulsa County.
I need you and that machine at the house to clear the right of way our water line runs in. I've got 300' of 1 1/2" PEX to replace some PVC line. The brush has overgrown it.
My job today was to install a new garage door opener. Our old one just couldn't handle it anymore. It was almost 40 years old.
These new ones are pretty cool. It ties to our home Wi-Fi so we can check to see if it's open or closed. We can open or close it remotely from anywhere, and it has an Amazon key built in.
If we want a delivery to be left inside the garage, the Amazon driver can use a one time code to open the door to put the package inside. You have to sign up for that service and request that inside service on every order, but I doubt we use it. Not many porch pirates out here in the sticks.
Does it have the back up battery in the event of a power outage?

Dancer, how much would you charge to paint my deer stand in the rain? I would keep paying for as long as it was still raining up to 1.5" of rain. LOL.

The outboard motor looks magnificent!
LOL!!!!!! Right!

Thanks buddy. I used my new Saker cordless polisher to do the motor. It turned out really nice.

I was headed to bed earlier, wondering why my youngest still wasn't home from work. About the time I lay down, he calls, his coworker (and classmate, HS juniors) had rearended him after they left work. He slowed down for deer crossing, and I guess she didn't see him in time (she was a ways back, not tailgating). The old flatbed took a bit of damage, but did better than her car no doubt. No injuries thankfully, and both vehicles still driveable! I see some metal fab work coming soon...

That looks like a J&I bed, and I’m really surprised there’s that much damage. I’ve only had one on a ‘99 single wheel one ton GMC, but I remember it to be a well built bed. Based on that damage, I’m surprised the car is drivable.
It’s a miracle no one was hurt.

That outboard looks like it just came off the showroom floor. You almost inspired me to do mine, but I realized that I’d have to clean the entire boat also so I changed my mind.
