East of Colorado Springs is a site known as "Paint Mine Interpretive Park." It is a location with different colored clay where the early Indians would go to get the clay to make their paints.

Me and Oncor are getting more crossways. Our power went out at 2:30 this afternoon with the sun out, and now they won’t even lie to me like normal and give an estimated time it’ll come back on.

I have no idea what mountain this one is, but it is visible from Highway 20 in Idaho, somewhere between Mountain Home and Arco.

Been out working on my garden most of the morning and cleaning up some dead potted berry plants that didn’t survive the winter.
Checked off an item on my ‘Get it done’ list.
Added a solar backup light by the entrance to our scaredy hole.
I’ve had them for 2 or 3 years now and just keep forgetting to do it. Ended up just gluing it to the bricks. Cheap azz drill bit petered out.
