How was it?

I was really nice. They actually had 160 guest. The wife and I only knew 4 of them which was great. We just sat near the wall of windows on the 35th floor of the Bank One building looking out over downtown OKC and ate a really nice meal, Listened to Talk of the Town, It was a 14 piece a Big Band orchestra. Oh and free alcohol. Later that night, We walked over to the Skirvin Hotel and had more drinks before we came home. It was a really nice evening.

Smith River along Highway 199 in Northern California. The Smith also flows past the Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park. We floated a part of the river in 2016.

In the Colorado Springs metropolitan area is Seven Falls, of which in this photo, one can only "see" six of the seven. The fourth one is a short one near the intermediate landing of the stairway going to the top.



Each of the 7 falls have their own names.

Good evening gang,
OMG!!!! We just got home from having Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom and we are miserably stuffed. There was only the three of us and we had a spread for 20.
Spiral cut honey baked ham, mashed potatoes, english peas, stuffing and cranberry sauce, corn fritter Cassarole and finished it all up with German chocolate cake.
I’m driving to Dallas tomorrow morning and will be there until Saturday night. Then driving back to work in the studio Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then the wife and I are driving to New Orleans Wednesday to spend Thanksgiving with our kids and grandson. We can’t wait!
