Is there any way I can either get a copy of that email or find out how to get one sent to me? I carry on a VA non-resident.

I have long since deleted the email sent to me, since I now have an Oklahoma permit. Use the link above to send an email to OSBI requesting confirmation that Oklahoma recognizes your non-resident VA permit. I received a response back in 2 or 3 days. The response was not a yes/no, but basically said that if the permit was valid and issued by the state, that Oklahoma recognized it.
