Are the actual ballots brought back stateside?

Where do they land?

I'm wondering if the storm might affect that.

and are usually to late to make a difference. Subs, small ships, even aircraft carriers, the mail sometimes has a month turn around. O well, what can ya do.

Mine never made it back in time apparently, or at all. State figured I wasn't voting so they dropped my registration. Had to re-register once I got out.
