First thing I noticed about the failed stores, that they were all in overwhelmingly Democrat strongholds. I think it would be interesting if someone like say, Chic-Fil-A conducted the same experiment in overwhelmingly Republican strongholds to see if there was any difference. :anyone:
I doubt it. Nobody wants to eat around stinky people, so once you get them congregating in the stores, the people who would foot the bill will stop going. Once that happens, the whole house of cards will collapse.

Good observation and an Interesting thought. I'd like to see that experiment as well.

It would be the same outcome. It’s human nature to take free stuff even if you don’t need or really want it.

I learned this during my stint as a product marketing manager for a large off-road racing company. I would setup and run trade show booths and give away free stuff. How many free company decals or plastic key rings does a person need? The answer is as many as they can carry and that I would give then.

It’s hard for people to turn down anything for that is free.
