Rick, Panettone is fine, I like it with milk.

...my favorite is Panforte. Its sorta like a almond brittle with powered sugar.

Man, these food names are bringing back memories! Our Italian friends used to drop off food baskets and other treats at Christmastime, and the variety of Italian foodstuffs was great. Panettone, panforte, pizelles, mascarpo, all sorts of cheeses, so many varieties of cookies I can’t even name them, homemade gelato, and the list went on and on. I’d forgotten all about that after I moved away. Good recollections.
