Yes, it's dumb and stupid, but I get a big kick out of watching them and love to see them. I don't want to see anyone get hurt. What's really cool, is when they do a wheelie on their front wheel!

I would say what ever the rider thanks he can handle is cool. However, doing stuff like this in traffic is a bad idea for the rider and other drivers.
Is that what they're called? I love all those tricks. What happened to that crotch rocket show where all those guys did the tricks? I have a bike and it can't do wheelies, but I used to do them on dirt bikes when I was a little younger. I gotta try a crotch rocket one time; to just ride, mind you!
If we weren't supposed to do wheelies, they wouldn't have invented the supermoto.
Crotch rocket wheelies can be less forgiving than dirt bike wheelies. Heavier bikes and asphalt. There are lots of videos on youtube that will help you practice pulling it up.
After reading several of the posts, I have to alter my thinking a little bit. If they want to do stuff like that where the only ones they are going to hurt is themselves, more power to them.
People doing stuff like this and other things you could write books about kept me employed the last 30 years of my life. I worked all three FD, EMS and PD. Keep on going guys, you're supporting the economy and kept me employed.
