"Right, I know" Is a phrase constantly repeated by one of the people in my office. Typically they don't know.
"Again" Used with the same meaning as "As I said before" This was a phrase my old boss would say to everyone. "Again, this is . . . . ."
"Your Fired"
"Mr. President I have an offer you can't refuse."
"Honey, I'm pregnant"
And my personal favorite as it usually impacts me the most. Uttered from my own mouth, "Oh No. No more toilet paper."

From GC to me, inevitably after I ask him to take off on a certain day for something I want or need to do ... No, I didn't get "XYZ" date off ...
or even better ...
"Remember that leave slip they approved for "XYZ" date?? Yeah, well, they revoked it."

"intensive purposes" is pretty bad
The only thing worse is using "penultimate" to mean "the most ultimate."
I used to date this chick who said "supposably" and it drove me bonkers.
Also "I could care less." What does that mean? That doesn't establish any upper bound on how much you care!
My grandma used to say "Wisconscious" instead of "Wisconsin" ... I wanted to hold her face in my hands and say GRANDMA -- IT"S "WIS"-"CON"-"SIN" every single time she did it ... But she was my grandma so I didn't ... I just smiled. Now, I'm glad I didn't do that to her. I miss my grandma.
