Not sure what you're referring to, but if it's posting photos in a thread, here's the easiest way:
Open an account on photobucket.com. Upload your photos there. Once uploaded, you scroll down below the photo on photobucket and copy the "IMG" code. Paste that code into your thread reply on OSA using the "Insert Image" button.
It should post like this:

That is the most AWESOME picture I have ever seen. Did you see the size of that Stormtrooper's banana?!?!?!?
The cool thing about using Photobucket, is that you only have to upload the picture once, so if you ever want to use it again, you have them stored online already.
