I just got back from CO yesterday -I'd been doing some temp work for a firm up there. Everyone talked a lot about this, but really didn't impact anything except conversation.

If it didn't it'll be a crying shame. I have a friend with a child who has seizure disorders and it's really tough on him.

Talked to a cop I knew while in Denver, told him we were collecting signatures in Ok. And I told him I would like to see it pass and he said " it would be a shame if it didn't no one should have their lives ruined over something so small". Made me think more.

It is not happening this year: 75,384 valid signatures collected, but 155,216 needed. I'm sure they were probably pretty close on the number, but they all have to be valid.
