Just got home and have partial power.......any ideas? Half the house works, half doesn't. Seems like everything on the 220 side is out. WTF?
Is your service overhead or underground? Check your breaker and make sure it is not tripped. If you service is UG, you could have a faulted leg, or have a bad connection at the transfomer, pedestal, or weatherhead. To be on the safe side, call your provider and report a part out.

Underground. Put a call in. Electronic meter on side of house isn't working either. Totally weird, still a little power with meter off?
You lost a leg I. Your power. That explains why only half house is on and no 220. ( your power comes in on two 120 lines, which gives the 220 when attached across)
