Question about a Universal carbine?

I bought a Universal .30 carbine and am wondering if M1 .30 carbine GI mags will work in those? Anybody know this ? Thanks in advance!

According to my experience, i think it should work nice.

in my experience, the milsurp mags should absolutely work in the non-mil carbines, ie; universal, plainfield, kahr, etc

Little late to the thread, but yes they will definately work. I've had a Universal and currently own a Plainfield, no problems.
