If the unit is turned off and the only thing running is the clock and memory I think less than .02 amps was normal for most vehicles.
If it was over .02 amp draw you could have a dead battery in 14 days or sometimes less depending on how much more drain was happening and how big the battery was.
.1 amp or 100 milliampere I would not like to see.
