Most of the interesting stuff requires a trunking network scanner nowadays. As mentioned above, radioreference.com is the place to get the codes. There are free programs that let you copy from the table of data on Radioreference and then paste into your scanner software for uploading to the scanner.Dang those are so fun to fiddle with! Difficult to get frequency codes these days though
