Sometimes when I get tired of music I listen to them, Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, Dave Ramsey, Levin, George Noory. :rolleyes2

I really like Clark Howard, Leo Laporte & Kim Komando.:clap3:

I even tune in to Savage once in a while.:hithead:

Sometimes they are full of it sometimes they make you think. :twocents:

I wish I could find the gun talk shows some where, but they elude me.

One I would like you to check out is Tammy Bruce, but I wish you would read her bio first. She kind of surprises you.
Her intro used to be "A chick with a microphone and a gun".

I also enjoy talk radio I like most all of the above and I also like to listen to Dave Ramsey, he is on am 970 (tulsa metro) daily from 1-4 I think? I know at least from 2-4 I usually tune in on the way to pick up kids from school :-)

I listen to bits of all above. And don't forget Alex jones podcast and live stream available :) 11-2.

Veggie, I too do the coast subscription, I have been listening since early 90s as a teenager, it is too crazy at times though, but fun to listen to. I have to listen to it when I go to bed, usually the night before's episode.

Gun talk is available, all 3 hours on podcast in iTunes. I listen to Sunday's show every Monday.

Armed American radio is also a good one, also in sunday (evenings) and availe on podcast to download.

Has anyone listened to Ground Zero hosted by Clyde Lewis on KTOK from 10:00 to 12:00, M thru F? It replaced the rebroadcast of Noory's show in that time slot. I thought that Noory/C to C had some weird stuff, this show is way out there. I listen to Noory occasionally, but I can't say that I like Ground Zero very much.

Back when i was still working for a living, i listened to Limbaugh & Hannity every day while driving. I spent a lot of time driving in my job and it passed the time well even though i didn't always agree with them, they were on my wave length :)

We can't get much of anything down in in SE OK, without Sirius, which I won't pay for. But on Sunday morning we have a local radio station carries the Hook and Hunt Show at 5:00AM. I listen to it when I'm working night shift on that Sunday.

I've listened to KOKC, back when it was KOMA in California at night. But couldn't pick it up 5 miles east of OKC. At 6:00 PM they'd throw the switch to send the signal west.

On night when I was in high school at Geronimo the KOMA DJ announced he had a song that was absolute proof that one of the Beatles was dead, and he would play it at 10:00PM. I was sitting at the Charlie's Drive Inn in Lawton, so I just waited. 10:00PM finally rolled around, and here was what he played:

I hope the link is right, I can't backcheck it from this computer.

Let's just say he probably had some PO'd Beatle fans that night.

That's freaking awesome. Sometime in the middle to late 60's KOMA had a DJ that called him self Charlie Tuna, I think he ended up somewhere in LA.

I used to get KRLD and WBAP out of Dallas up in the Texas panhandle. At that time KRLD was seriously rock and roll.

By the way the link worked perfectly. Ringo by Lorne Green.

Sirius talk programming has turned into AM radio for the most part. Mike Church is great but they pushed him to early morning to accommodate the AM talk mafia. It's almost not worth the money now.
