Maruchan man here too. Why has it taken this long for someone to mention what a slice of Velveeta will do for a bowl of ramen? Cheesy noodles are outstanding.
I also like to sprinkle in some Lawry's season salt for a little kick, especially good if you go with the egg stirred in.
