I didn't have a way to separate the media from the car parts I was tumbling so, I made one. I bought a kitchen pan that had a half inch square wire grill in it. I also bought a cooking pan with 3" tall sides and mixed the two to get a sifter for the 3/8" triangle shaped media I bought.

8 1/2# sirloin cooked Prime Rib style.

What a way to start the year.

Got to fooling around and put a pistol rack together. Really like the way it holds the shooters.
I'm will disassemble it and use it for a pattern for a legacy piece. My Uncle built a cedar chest in school, 1950. He was killed in '63 and Mom kept it. It went through a flood in '79. Rebuilt it and Mom was very attached to it. The glue and repairs have dried and it is again coming apart. I have decided to take the panels and cut out what pistol racks I can.

Well you do have more talents than just being a sex stud muffin! I like both, the cooking & carpentry!

I had the same tilting problem on my gunholder I made for the 1911s and revolvers. I cut an additional smaller "U" groove under the bigger groove, and leathered the sides and it fits great now.

The M-30 S&W is small and wants to tilt.
The M-28 is large enough to stand straight.

I like the looks of the smaller u on the bottom of the large U. I'll most likely add some felt or thin leather, especially on the cedar one.

Thanks for sharing.
