I got the 1# refill adapter from TEMU
It works just fine, less than $5.
I have the 20# hose, also from TEMU.
Use it on a small gas grill, we use when camping or emergencies. It works as designed and I'm happy with it.

In my research the 10’ hose from Mr Heater does not require the filter as it’s made from different materials that do not leach oil into the system. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'd still use a filter. I clogged up 2 big buddy heaters not using one. That was back when they would send parts for you to fix it.
