I've filled dozens of the one-pounders over the years with this little jewel. I've had it so long I don't remember where I got it or what I paid for it. I've tried it both freezing and not freezing the small bottles. It seems to make a little difference, Whether or not it's worth your time is up to you.
That’s the one I have.

I have 2 of those. I leave one on the 20 lb tank and use the other one to vent pressure on the 1 lb bottle . Then continue filling the 1 lb bottle.
