Sorry, but I can't be exact, but I don't think that one adapter is for the smaller 1 pound cylinders. That said, the last time I saw those being filled was when I was a kid and I watched my dad refill them from a 20 pound cylinder.

I ‘think’ this came from harbor freight. Is this a refill adapter?

If you look at the adapter at the link, the end fitting going on the 1 pound cylinder is female, while the one that was listed before has a male end.

My brother had 47 acres, with propane 1,000 gallon tank for his house. He’d refill the 5 gallon 20 pound BBQ tanks from his big tank, saved good money that way.
A lot of the bigger tanks have a liquid line to fill smaller bottles. I believe you have to ask for it when you order your tank.
I have two 250 gal tanks with wet lines to fill smaller bottles.
I have a wet line on my 500gal tank at the lake house I use to fill my 20# containers for the BBQ equip and the smallest shown above to use on a 20# to refill my 1# bottles I use on my weed burner fire starter. Been doing that for years. Like most things with flammables, even poring cans of gas, you do need to pay attention to what you are doing and what your surroundings are to keep it safe.
